Measuring only 5" x 8", our Peppermint Pack pack is portable and compact, yet very versatile. Because of its small size, this herbal pack can treat almost any area of your body.
Historically, peppermint has had many applications, making it a very versatile herb that is widely used in aromatherapy. The aroma from the oils of the peppermint plant help to promote physical and mental well being while clearing the mind and easing stress.
Peppermint is likely one of the best mental stimulants - it wakes up the mind and moves the body to action. Peppermint treats stomach aches, travel nausea and indigestion. It is an excellent painkiller and a good remedy for headaches. As winter approaches and we live with less natural sunlight, we can draw on the reserve of solar energy in peppermint for renewed vitality.
Medicinally, peppermint has been used to alleviate a wide array of different conditions, including indigestion, sore throat, colds, headache, and cramps. It can prevent vomiting and help to quell nausea, and taken before eating it can help to break down fats so your body can use them more effectively.
All of our herbal packs can be used as a hot pack or a cold pack. Either way you use them, we know you will love them!

mist with water before heating. Misting also increases life of the herbs by preserving freshness. When reheating, if Herb Pack is still warm, heat only for 1 to 2 minutes to prevent overheating.
