4 Piece Fitness Set
Set includes a Gut Buster Sit Up Bar, 2 Piece Hand Grip Exercisers and a nylon Jump Rope.
Everything you need to help you get or stay fit.
Sit up bar- Helps tone your arms and abs
Place feet in foot pedals and firmly grasp the handle bars. Keep knees slightly bent and lean back slowly. Then sit back up again, using your abdomen muscles to pull you up. Repeat as often as you need/want.
Jump Rope- bulid stamina, endurance and increase your heart rate
Hold one end of the jump rope in each hand. the rope should be behind you on the ground. There should also be some slack in the rope. Raise your arms and turn the rope over your head and down in front of you. When the rope reaches the gropund, jump over it. Repeat as often as you want/need.
Hand grips- strengthen hand, wrist and forearm muscles
Place hand grip in the palm of your hand and squeeze for 8 to 10 repetitions. repeat with other hand and perform grip exercise on both hands at the same time.
